">About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries and scheduling of jobs, you will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Coordinate tasks, projects, and appointments into the schedule; allocate work to colleagues; follow up final paperwork for invoicing
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support, including data entry, communication with colleagues and clients, and maintenance of accurate records
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, staff, and clients through effective written and verbal communication
