
Support Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our teams.
This role involves providing high-quality administrative assistance, assisting with client communication, managing compliance-related tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing outgoing correspondence and documents
- Distributing incoming mail and franking outgoing mail
- Scanning, copying and binding of documents
- Operating the reception efficiently and professionally
- Greeting clients at reception by welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls
- Managing orders and deliveries
- Maintaining office stock levels
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness around the office
- Updating databases where required
- Assisting with preparations for events and meetings
- Compiling activity statements together with letters to clients

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, ideally you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- A minimum 1 year's experience in a professional services firm; experience within an accounting firm is highly regarded.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities despite changing demands and requirements.
- A high level of integrity, responsibility and a professional outlook
- A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
- Able to demonstrate positive engagement and interaction with clients/customers
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
