HR Support Specialist
As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Coordinate HR processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records accurately and confidentially.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth opportunities.
Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination.
Handle HR-related queries and provide first-line support to employees.
Contribute to projects that improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

A proactive and adaptable approach with a commitment to improving HR processes.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
