About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Salvation Army Aged Care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and coordinating the delivery of safe, effective, and individualized care to our care recipients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of residents, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain good clinical records and accurate documentation to ensure legal adequacy and completion of AN-ACC requirements.
  • Manage and administer medications in accordance with policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative guidelines.
  • Liaise with doctors and other health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Complete necessary reports, care plans, and other documentation required.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:

  • An understanding of and commitment to the values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
  • Current unrestricted registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
  • Demonstrated aged care experience, with the ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged care.
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Experience in developing care plans.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-ACC).
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills.
  • National NDIS Workers Screening Check.
