We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each care recipient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation to ensure legal adequacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the safe and effective management of medications, including ordering, administration, and monitoring.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
- Proven experience in aged care, with a focus on clinical supervision and care coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and documentation, including electronic health records.
