Job Overview

As a Strategic Account Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences for two high-profile accounts at a global media agency.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client success and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end campaign solutions that meet client needs

You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that drive results. Your expertise in traditional media, including TV, OOH, and Radio, will be invaluable in delivering effective campaigns.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

International exposure is a plus, and a Seniority level of Director with Full-time employment type and Marketing job function in Industries: Marketing Services would be ideal.
