Job Summary:

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for leading client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience. They must have experience managing a team and possess excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge. Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities are also essential.
