About the Role:

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive, part of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, is seeking a dedicated WHS Business Partner to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our National Safety team, you will collaborate with leaders across our 25 locations to develop, implement, and manage our safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular safety site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Provide education and training to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor workplace conditions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement strategies.
  • Advise on corrective actions and preventative measures.
  • Promote a safety culture throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years WHS experience.
  • Hold a qualification in WHS.
  • Thorough knowledge of WHS laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a National Team.
