About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned and proactive Finance & Insurance Sales Professional to join our Chatswood team at Peter Warren Automotive. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to boost sales and play a crucial part in our team's achievements.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, showcasing strong attention to detail, and gathering information effectively to enhance sales. You'll be responsible for managing all finance and insurance sales, driving the performance of available products, and maintaining relationships with customers, finance agents, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set sales targets, including managing all F&I sales and transactions
  • Drive the performance of all finance and insurance products available through our Financial Services and other finance partners
  • Identify new opportunities through customer prospecting
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain relationships with finance agents and insurers
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and natural sales ability to help customers achieve their vehicle ownership and protection goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership
