  • With extensive experience in systems such as Workday or other HRIS platforms, you will implement best practices to drive successful business outcomes and maximize the benefits of the Workday Solution.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and deploy Position Management, including organisational and supervisory hierarchies and other related data points.">
  • Review and refine policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the intent of this information being used by a Bot to support self-service.">
  • Develop workflows for key employee change activities, including but not limited to employee transfers, compensation changes.">
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.">

About You

We are seeking a professional with a track record of successfully leading Workday implementations, covering various modules. You'll also be able to demonstrate the ability to working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
