Claims Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, high-value claims, ensuring timely and fair outcomes for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of claims, including investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as solicitors and credit hire companies, to resolve claims efficiently.
- Development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims.
- Clear understanding of liability, negligence, and road rules to ensure accurate and fair claims management.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and organizing workload effectively.
