Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual remuneration of $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience. This includes bonuses and benefits that will be discussed during the interview process.
Job DescriptionThe role of Knowledge Specialist - Claims Operations involves ensuring the effective management and dissemination of knowledge within the Claims & Assessing team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge, driving continuous improvement and excellence in claims operations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain high-quality knowledge articles and requests, adhering to agreed timelines and standards
- Liaise with subject matter experts to gather and document process information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop and implement knowledge management design principles, style guides, and formatting to sustain or improve capability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed and utilize HIYA across Claims & Assessing, building relationships and promoting adoption
- Support the Knowledge Management Onboarding/Accreditation program through coaching and mentoring, driving cultural change
- Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various levels of business and technical teams, tailoring communication styles as needed
- Proven experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Effective time management, planning, and prioritisation, with the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to engage, coordinate, and influence a wide range of stakeholders, promoting collaboration and adoption
