We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Specialist to join our Claims & Assessing team at Auto & General. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain our knowledge base, ensuring seamless operations and driving business excellence.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality knowledge articles, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and document process information, and applying knowledge management design principles to sustain or improve team capabilities. Additionally, they will support the implementation of HIYA across the Claims & Assessing function, building relationships with cross-business stakeholders and supporting the onboarding and accreditation program.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge articles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather and document process information, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines
  • Apply knowledge management design principles to maintain best practice knowledge, quality, and quantity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HIYA and embed its use within the Claims & Assessing function
  • Support the onboarding and accreditation program, providing coaching and mentoring as needed

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
