About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to manage complex claims, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Manage complex insurance claims from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and fair outcomes for policyholders.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing claims team to deliver exceptional customer service and results.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize claim handling processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with claims processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Motor Claim or Liability Experience: Proven experience in managing motor claims or liability cases, including investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing claims management.
- Decision-Making and Stakeholder Liaison: Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, policyholders, and external partners.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience throughout the claims process.
- Results-Driven: A proven track record of driving results, meeting targets, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
