We are seeking a mature and efficient front office professional to join our team. Based at Gilberton, this role offers a great opportunity for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will provide a courteous and professional service to clients and consultants both on the phone and in person. Key responsibilities include reception duties, diary management and providing administrative support.

Requirements include:

  • 2 years experience working in a busy reception environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Experience in diary management
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Attention to detail

This is a casual/temp to perm/full-time position with a 6 month contract. The hourly rate is $32.00-$35.00 per hour. Working hours are 8 hours per shift.

Applicants must have 2 years experience in a similar role and be eligible to work in Australia.
