- Process payments, issue receipts/invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in end-of-shift handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area at all times.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a front desk or reception role.
