About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Issue Resolution Team Lead to manage incidents and issues raised by our Business unit.

This is a dynamic role that requires leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. The primary objective of this position is to close off each incident and escalate potential regulatory breaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of IR Analysts in resolving incidents and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Developing and implementing solutions through workshops with key stakeholders
  • Recording updates into platforms such as Radar, IRD documents, Jira, and Issue logs

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, so adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience in superannuation preferred
  • SQL knowledge with proven experience in data analysis
  • A general understanding of Operational Business Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
