Technical Solutions Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Leader to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales organization, you will play a vital role in solving complex customer problems, designing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful demonstrations of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business and technical challenges through discovery sessions and thorough analysis
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that meet customer needs and showcase our platform's capabilities
  • Address technical objections and ensure alignment with customer requirements through effective communication and solution design
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation, to drive sales initiatives and accelerate deal closures
  • Evaluate opportunities from a technical feasibility standpoint, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Design and create technical documentation, including solution proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and RFP/RFI responses, that effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering technical demonstrations and POCs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
