Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team as a Customer Solutions Expert. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our customer-facing staff.

Your primary focus will be on leading by example, mentoring and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with our store management team to drive sales growth, implement merchandising strategies and launch new products.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be involved in coaching and developing your team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
