The Partnership Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-quality partnerships to deliver successful outcomes and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced sales and relationship skills to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Empower customers by connecting them with sustainable employment solutions
- Evaluate and match customers with suitable job openings
- Proven experience in sales and a passion for driving business growth
- A track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Flexible parental leave policy allowing 12 weeks paid time off
- Superannuation contributions made on behalf of employees during unpaid parental leave
- 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years' service
