MS Office Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MS Office Trainer to join our dynamic team at 360RTO Solutions. This is a rare opportunity to work in an environment that values professional growth and fosters a passion for assisting individuals in achieving their best.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating MS Office Skills Training, particularly MS Excel, and conducting workshops onsite and virtually to participants across Australia. They will also be required to collaborate with our dynamic sales team to open up new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate MS Office Skills Training, particularly MS Excel
  • Conduct workshops onsite and virtually to participants across Australia
  • Collaborate with our dynamic sales team to open up new sales opportunities
  • Use company tools and products to manage time efficiently
  • Facilitate onsite and virtual workshops
  • Coordinate training logistics and resources
  • Organise and facilitate personal coaching sessions
  • Assist in coaching and inducting staff
  • Collaborate on national strategic training projects
  • Ensure RTO certified workshops are conducted as required
  • Prepare workshop materials in accordance with standards
  • Implement adult learning principles effectively
  • Stay up to date with the latest MS Products and developments in productivity applications
  • Collect registration forms and evaluations during workshops
  • Generate client referrals from training programs
  • Attend strategic sales appointments and assist sales staff
  • Maintain a library of information on programs
  • Conduct coaching support for clients
  • Manage client records using Zoho
  • Uphold organisational procedures and Codes of Conduct

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Experience in delivering and facilitating MS Office training
  • Desirable experience in an RTO and sales environment
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with staff and management
  • Initiative and self-starter
  • Passionate and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Zoho experience
  • Empathy and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to work within a team and work autonomously
  • Flexibility and patience
