MS Office Facilitator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Office Facilitator to join our dynamic team at 360RTO Solutions. As a key member of our training team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs to our clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate MS Office Skills Training, particularly MS Excel, to diverse groups of participants.
  • Conduct workshops onsite and virtually to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that cater to various learning styles and needs.
  • Utilize company tools and products to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in delivering and facilitating MS Office training, with a strong focus on adult learning principles.
  • Desirable experience in an RTO and sales environment, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with staff and management.
  • Initiative and self-starter, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for making a positive impact through training.
