Requirements:
- Degree qualifications in Business, Marketing, Commerce or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
