About You :
- Certificate in Business administration or applicable years of industry experience.
Job Summary :
This role will provide administration support for managers and supervisors within the organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing communications, receiving and forwarding calls, and overseeing email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer telephones, screen and direct calls.
- Schedule crews and estimators.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering the organisation.
- Direct persons to the correct destination.
- Prepare letters and documents, receive and sort e-mail and deliveries.
- Manage and co-ordinate supplier quotes and invoices.
- Deal with queries from the public, staff and customers.
Requirements :
- Experience working within a similar environment.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
Working Conditions :
- Face-to-face interactions with clients and visitors.
- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
