As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our automation software solutions and related services across ANZ. This includes managing customer account growth strategies, collaborating with the Account team on account planning, and analyzing customers' business drivers to position our automation solutions as key ingredients in delivering technology-fueled innovation and digital transformation.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing customer growth strategies regarding Red Hat's automation platform solutions and use cases.
- Collaborate with the Account team in the account planning process, leveraging your expertise in automation and management software offerings to drive sales growth and success.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing in collaboration with the Account management team, solutions architects, and professional services teams.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations by leveraging your leadership skills and extensive specialist experience in identifying transformation projects and winning mindshare among senior executives (C-Level decision makers).
You will work in a matrix structure, owning the overall outcome for our automation solutions business by selling with and through the Account Sales team.
