Solution Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive enterprise adoption of our Ansible Automation Platform.

  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding customers from the initial consultation to post-implementation, ensuring successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical validation through demos, workshops, and pilot projects to align customer needs with our platform capabilities.
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks and content to empower sales teams and standardize customer outcomes, driving long-term business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Assist your team with responding to RFPs for customer success, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
Required Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Ansible Automation Platform (certifications preferred) and tools like Puppet/Chef/SaltStack/Terraform, with hands-on experience in automation solutions.
  • 6+ years in automation; 5-10 years in architecture/development/consulting roles, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Satellite), Cisco network automation, and DevOps methodologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
