We're seeking a highly skilled Automation Solutions Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.

This is a key technical role in the banking sector, driving digital transformation by delivering intelligent and scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy copilots for enterprise-level automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate, and integrate solutions across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Utilize AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent and data-driven workflows.
  • Ensure all automation solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards, particularly in the banking domain.
  • Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support for automation solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate business processes and integrate systems.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI within the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance practices in enterprise solutions, especially in regulated industries like banking.
  • Experience working in agile teams, delivering solutions within sprints and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure would be advantageous.
