Key Finance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our organization in Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in setting, tracking, and aligning business strategy across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Run standard financial planning and analysis (FP&A) work including forecast, monthly and quarterly business review, annual operating plan, and long-term strategic plan.
  • Work with commercial teams to present material proformas/quotes/pricing & other proposals to enhance profitability.
  • Develop and continually improve operating plans, financial projections, and operating forecasting process.
  • Drive and own incentive plans for the organization and coordinate the sales incentive/compensation administration process.
  • Prepare and present business performance analysis highlighting customer, market, industry segment trends for product lines and territories.
Frequent Contacts:

Internal: Commercial Directors, FP&A Leader, Division Leads, Senior Leadership Team, Regional Divisional Commercial and Finance Leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in driving data visualization systems, sophisticated financial modeling and forecasting. Advanced knowledge of PowerBI reports and Hyperion Financial Planning Systems.
