Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Regis, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking an exceptional individual to lead their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. As FP&A leader, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and executing budgeting, planning, and reporting strategies that support the company's vision for raising expectations and changing perceptions of ageing.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact on the business. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights and analysis that inform business decisions.
About the Role:- Develop and implement end-to-end budget processes for each business unit and functional area, including Board-level deliverables.
- Provide accurate and timely monthly results and analysis to the CFO, enabling informed decision-making.
- Deliver Finance Board Reports and other Executive papers, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial reporting.
- Oversee and refine the monthly reforecast process, improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with Executives to improve cost control, leveraging your expertise in financial planning and analysis.
- Interpret business performance on a monthly basis, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on continual process improvement, enhancing the quality of Board and Executive reporting.
- Enhance the quality of various reports provided to the business, empowering effective decision-making.
- Collaborate on half-year and year-end investor presentations, showcasing the company's financial performance.
- A certified accountant (CA or CPA) with classical training from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm, and subsequent experience in a similar role in industry.
- Experience with multi-site and/or ASX-listed organisations is advantageous, as is prior exposure to the aged care sector.
- You possess a high level of drive, motivation, resilience, and initiative, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, along with the ability to hold or test a position or alternative point of view.
- High standards, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results are crucial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong financial and commercial acumen, are key to success in this role.
