Job Overview: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking an experienced financial planning and analysis professional to support our commercial finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of FP&A in coordinating financial planning processes across brands and functions.
  • Assist in developing detailed budgets and forecasts.
  • Review expenditure by cost centre during month-end close and work with the Finance team to ensure accurate accruals.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Manage employment budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Head Office.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities through in-depth analysis and deliver insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

Experience as a financial analyst in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate financial insights effectively.
