Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis. Your expertise in FP&A will enable you to own monthly capital reporting and budgeting across the organization, deliver insightful M&A integration reporting, and partner with business units to provide tactical financial support and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own Monthly Capital Reporting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports that inform business decisions.
  2. Deliver Insightful M&A Integration Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.
  3. Partner with Business Units: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert financial guidance and support, driving business growth and success.
  4. Support Budgeting and Forecasting Cycles: Assist in developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, ensuring precision and pace.
  5. Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements that simplify and elevate financial reporting, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • FP&A Experience: Strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on capital reporting and analysis.
  • P&L and Capex Principles: Solid understanding of profit and loss statements, capex principles, and forecasting methods.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills, confident working with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights, driving informed business decisions.
  • Solutions-Focused Attitude: Proactive and solutions-focused, with a love for continuous improvement and innovation.
