Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for overseeing key financial planning and analysis processes, including close, forecast, annual operating plan, long-term strategic planning. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company's financial performance is aligned with its business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage FP&A processes, including close, forecast, AOP, long-term strategic planning, to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Deliver financial analysis relating to operating costs and commercial spend to inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analysis tools, including periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and deck preparation, to support business stakeholders.
  • Lead NOPBT cause-of-change deliverables to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations and drive business growth.
  • Partner with project teams to implement new processes and tools to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Accounting and Control.
  • Field or functional finance experience is highly valued.
