Are you a seasoned expert in customer service and leadership?

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality team.

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for leading a professional team to deliver five-star service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and engage Front Office Agents to continuously deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Front Office team
  • Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent recurrence
  • Foster positive working relationships between departments and teams
Requirements
  • Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or similar
  • Ability to work independently and take appropriate action on guest requests
  • Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
  • Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster and night shifts
