Hospitality Manager – Front Office and Housekeeping

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Professional to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams at our beachfront holiday park in North Narrabeen.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism in our Front Office Guest Services and Housekeeping Department. You will inspire your team by leading from the front and demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract that will provide you with an opportunity to make a real impact on our guests' holidays and help us achieve our goals.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping and front office duties, task allocation and team rosters.
  • Ensuring effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure high-quality guest services and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in our Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to do the same.
  3. Provide managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping and front office duties, task allocation and team rosters.
  4. Communicate effectively with other departments and Resort Management, ensuring a smooth operation and achieving our goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Management - hospitality/tourism industry.
  • Prior experience in Housekeeping and supervisory oversight would be highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • A suitable level of fitness, with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
