Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams to achieve high levels of performance. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience at a supervisory level or above
  • Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred
  • Passion for people and hospitality
  • Hands on, natural born leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your team
  • Ability to make decisions independently and confidently
