Job Title: Front Office Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our front office team as a Front Office Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering front office functions, supervising staff, and ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Management of Front Desk Team:
    • Foster strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;
    • Advocate sound financial decision making;
    • Demonstrate honesty and integrity, leading by example.
  • Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals:
    • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
    • Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance and feedback when needed.
  • Managing Projects and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with all front office policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area;
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
