Job Title: OSHC Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team at TheirCare, a leading provider of Outside School Hours Care services in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the disability support and childcare sectors, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves running child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting, maintaining a safe environment, and providing extensive training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting

Requirements:
  • Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
