About the Role:
Roc Consulting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations in Australia. This position will be responsible for establishing local HR policies, recruitment, and retention strategies, ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation, and contributing to the implementation of health and safety management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent within the Australian team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive workplace culture
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety management systems
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Possession of occupational health and safety management standards qualifications an advantage
What We Offer:
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $AUD85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
