The Role

HR Generalist Position in Engineering Consultancy

This part-time HR position (3-4 days) has the potential for growth as the consultancy expands. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR policies and processes, design a performance review structure, create a robust onboarding process, and lead recruitment efforts. They will also provide advice on Fair Work, employment law, and compliance matters.

About You

  • Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level HR Generalist role
  • Experience in a white-collar, professional environment, preferably in engineering
  • Proven ability to improve HR functions and strategies
  • Expertise in recruitment methods, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Estimate: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
