
Strategic Enterprise Security Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic enterprise security partnerships initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders, including security consultants, design engineers, and system integrators.
- CDE Engagement: Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive demand for our unified security platform within complex enterprise environments.
- Consultant Upskilling: Develop and deliver enablement strategies to educate consultants and design engineers on Genetec's platform, architecture, and solutions.
- Drive Specification: Influence the early design stages of projects to ensure Genetec's technology is specified and considered across verticals.
- Ecosystem Navigation: Engage key stakeholders throughout the value chain—from vendor to integrator to main contractor and end-user.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Genetec at industry forums, security expos, and technical working groups, particularly where design and compliance are involved.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier security consulting firms and engineering practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with regional sales, business development, and marketing to integrate CDE efforts with broader strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field /or demonstrated experience in Enterprise Physical Security Sales.
- Minimum 10-15 years of consultancy experience in physical security, with expertise in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of the project and procurement lifecycle in the physical security ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
