About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Floor Support Specialist to join our team. As a Trade Floor Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch customer service and support to clients, working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing clear guidance and advice with empathy and patience. Proficiency in voice, mobile technology, Microsoft Windows-based systems, and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
