Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to foster strong relationships with our wholesale customers in Western Australia and South Australia.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our Sales Team, working closely with quoting and administrative staff to develop strategic marketing briefs targeting the wholesale market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing opportunities and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Nurture and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers across WA and SA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing briefs targeting the wholesale market.
  • Utilize your keen understanding of customer needs to create win-win scenarios for both parties.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance to optimize portfolio management.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Ensure accurate and quality data compliance within the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven B2B account management experience with a track record of successfully closing opportunities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, risk management, sales, or related fields.
  • Confidence, initiative, and a customer-centric approach in developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong time management skills to autonomously manage workflows and priorities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting sales data and preparing comprehensive reports.
