The role of Strategic Account Manager is pivotal in leading the development of a high-performing team focused on customer relationship management and growth in Western Australia's Mining & Resources sector.
- Develop business strategies and customer account plans to drive growth within assigned portfolios.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Team Global Express' service platform for customers, including logistics provisions, property, network, technologies, and other value-added offerings.
- Conduct strategic reviews of existing customers, pinpointing risks and opportunities to maximize value for Team Global Express and its customers.
- Implement programs to boost customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, partnership integration, and service evolution.
- Establish development plans, equipping teams with 'retain' and 'grow' expertise in key geographies.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Comprehensive knowledge of WA Logistics and Mining/Resources sector.
- Basic knowledge of transport equipment types.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Proficiency in business planning and budgeting.
- Concept development and strategic formulation abilities.
