Lead Culinary Professional

The Australian Turf Club is offering a unique opportunity for a Lead Culinary Professional to join our team and contribute to delivering award-winning hospitality at our Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens Racecourses.

Casual opportunities are available for passionate culinary professionals to work across 5 key venues in the Western and Eastern suburbs, providing flexible hours and close proximity to public transport. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in the Hospitality industry, trade qualifications, and knowledge of food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a senior culinary role in the Hospitality industry.
  • Trade qualifications in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
