Culinary Professionals Wanted

Join us in delivering award-winning hospitality across Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens Racecourses. As a Casual Chef, you will be part of our dynamic team that brings together passionate culinary professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Hospitality industry, trade qualifications, and a strong understanding of food safety procedures. A current Food Supervisor certificate is highly regarded but not mandatory. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of food handling procedures are also essential.

We offer above award rates, consistent work opportunities, exposure to large-scale events, and flexible hours across five venues located in the Western and Eastern suburbs. Our team members enjoy free parking, complimentary meals, and lunch provided onsite.
