Job Title:

Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role:

The Chief Financial Strategist will lead and inspire the finance function to develop and continually grow, delivering solutions aligned to business needs and driving commercial outcomes.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the business, build a culture that drives performance excellence and development, and lead the development of financial strategy and business plan.

The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis in partnership with the business to set annual and three-year financial budgets, as well as oversee finance business partnering to monitor budget to actual performance and partner with Executive and senior Leaders to provide insights to drive business performance and control cost.

In addition, this role will require overseeing finance operations including accounts payable and receive and payroll to meet service level, finance risk, compliance and governance, external audit.

The successful candidate will drive customer focus to enable continuous improvement and best practice systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Ambitious and forward-thinking finance professional with CA or CPA qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading reporting and business partnering teams
