Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled financial expert to join our team, a rapidly growing business in the CBD.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and influential finance professional with expertise in driving commercial decisions and enhancing profitability. The role requires strong financial guidance skills to inform pricing strategies, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive commercial growth and profitability
  • Provide comprehensive financial insights to support informed decision making
  • Analyse key performance metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models highly desirable
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to SLT
