We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager Lead to drive impactful partnerships within their portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning our services with the long-term goals and objectives of our partner agencies.
Your primary focus will be on providing oversight of strategically important initiatives, leveraging relationships and influence to overcome challenges. You will also represent us in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and present submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to the delivery of our services and products. Your goal will be to ensure they are clear, concise, and actionable.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans that maximise our value for partner agencies. This will involve identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall experience for partner agencies.
As an Account Manager Lead, you will coordinate resources and supervise team activities to a portfolio of partner agencies. You will foster a positive, high-performing team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, ethical practices, safety, diversity, and knowledge sharing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management stakeholders to facilitate, negotiate and influence digital solutions is essential.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results is crucial.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
- Experience in preparing high-quality proposals and business cases is necessary.
- An understanding of the complexity of information technology service delivery in public sector or not-for-profit organisation is advantageous.
