We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will provide administrative support to progress candidates through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates through the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure all required pre-employment documentation and successful references are received.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and tracker.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Provide support as requested and appropriate in relation to document control.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
