YMCA Queensland is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Advisor on a Full-Time basis **that is adaptable and creative to join our People and Culture team based at head office in Fortitude Valley.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is not your typical run of the mill **Talent Acquisition Advisor** role. This role will able you to have a balance of strategic and operational tasks (and admin) as well as joining a team that is implementing best practice across the P&C function. In the role, your creativity and ability to make change will be valued.

As the recruiter, you will be able to work with a range of internal stakeholders to best support their recruitment needs and source talent that helps us drive excellence across the Y portfolio.

This role reports to a dynamic and energised People and Culture Operations Lead. Our team is renowned for its high-performance standards and unwavering support for one another. You day will be busy with the below and so much more:

- Developing innovative job advertisements and advertising strategically through a diverse range of career platforms.
- Provide ongoing support, training and advise to hiring managers around recruitment processes and recruitment market trends.
- Develop monthly reports for the board meeting to showcase recruitment trends using analytical data and statistics.
- Lead and/or support with the development, roll out and evaluation of recruitment campaigns, projects and strategies through liaising with the marketing team, HR Business Partners, and other business areas.
- When required, assist with HR projects driving best practice across the P&C portfolio

**ABOUT YOU**

You are dynamic and adaptable professional who possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking, empathy and creativity. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an agency or internal recruitment role with experience in medium to large organisation;
- Ability to develop and deliver targeted recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and standard of work;
- A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills and positive networking capabilities;
- Ability to manage workload with sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy;
- Currently possess, or be willing to obtain a positive notice Blue Card in accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
